Yes! We specialise in working with graduates with minimal or no experience.
2. My degree has nothing to do with business, sales, or marketing - does this matter?
No! We assess graduates for the competencies which make them successful in business to business sales and marketing. So even if you do not have a business or marketing degree you may have the raw competencies which make business to business sales and marketing people successful. For example, one of our best candidates was a drama graduate.
3. I have not yet graduated from university yet, can I still apply?

No. We are looking for university graduates who have graduated from their degree.
5. Why do I have to come to an Assessment Day?
As we assess for the top 4% of graduates from across Australia it is essential that our assessment process is rigorous. As we receive 2000 graduate applications a month, an assessment day is the most efficient way of effectively assessing the top 40 graduates.
6. What happens at the assessment day?
At the assessment day you will complete a variety of tasks. The day starts with a psychometric test and introduction session. You will then do a variety of group dynamic exercises. After this you will present a 3 minute speech which you were asked to prepare before the day. The Melbourne assessment day has a half-way selection point after the group dynamic exercises. If you make it through the first selection point you will be staying with us for the afternoon session. During this session you will present your 3-minute speech. If you are successful by the end of the day at either location, you will become an official ProGrad Applicant and are in the top 4% of graduates from across Australia.
7. How long does the assessment day go for?
The day starts at 1:00pm and finishes at 5:30pm.
8. What happens if I am successful at the assessment day?
If you are successful at the assessment day you are then eligible to go forward for interviews with our client partners. This process happens rather quickly. For example, if you attend an assessment day on Wednesday you could be going forward for interviews as soon as Friday that same week.
9. What if I am unsuccessful at the assessment day?
If you are unsuccessful on the day you do not walk home empty handed. After the assessment day we will give you structured feedback on your performance. We will be able to tell you where you performed well, where you let yourself down and how you could improve. Most importantly you will walk away from the day with a unique experience and a better understanding of your own capabilities.
10. Who are ProGrad's client partners?
Our client partners consist of a range of different organisations. We partner with multinational, blue chip organisations right through to small entrepreneurial organisations. The reasons why these companies use ProGrad is because they outsource their graduate programs to us as this is what we specialise in as an organisation. Most of our clients are within the IT and T sector. This is purely because this sector is the fastest growing sector and offers graduates the best starting salary. Also as this sector moves so quickly the progression rate is second to none for a graduate. You do not need an IT degree or need to be technical to work in this sector.
