ProGrad Young Achiever - ENTRY FORM

During 2011, we will be organising the anticipated event for ProGrad Young Achievers.  Recognising the talented individuals that have started their careers since 2005, this event will be an opportunity to showcase your success and gain the recognition you deserve.  We are welcoming applications from all ProGrad graduates, across every industry, sector and role.  Please take a few quick moments to provide some information to ProGrad which will form the basis of your entry.  Good luck!

1) Understands the business objectives and takes initiative in their approach

2) Is an effective team player that fosters an open communication style to assist working towards a specific set of goals

3) Builds effective customer relationships and has obtained access to decision makers

4) Has developed committed relationships with a number of clients and/or accounts by accurately identifying their need

5) Consistently takes every external and/or internal order to completion, contributing to the profit of the business

6) Evaluates their own performance and has set personal goals to continue developing on their skills

7) Reflects on their own practice to ensure their actions represent “best practice” techniques
