Once placed, every graduate receives a bespoke, professional training program, to ensure the best possible start to their new career. ProGrad's Training encompasses all the key soft skills required by sales and marketing people to be successful.

Graduates are trained how to prospect for new business, get in front of clients and once there, create a need for their companies products and services as opposed to their competitors without "chipping on price". Having established this business relationship you will be taught how to maintain it successfully in order to reap the benefits in years to come.ProGrad only work with the country's top graduates. We are seeking recently qualified graduates looking to take their first steps into the business world
 

Module 1 - "An Introduction to Professional Sales and Marketing" - (4 Days)  

A five day program, which focuses on business psychology, personality types, call structures, gaining commitment for meetings, winning the pitch, professional time management and presentation skills.
 

Module 2 - "Solution Selling" - (2 Days)  

A two day program specialising in understanding how to create client demand in meetings by developing listening and questioning skills. Understanding test closures, buying signals, meeting preparation and gaining commitment.  
 

Module 3 - "Negotiation Skills" - (2 Days)  
A two day program introducing you to the skills required to achieve a win/win situation in negotiation which provide an outcome without the need to discount on price by learning to concessionally trade.
  

 
Module 4 - "Key Account Management" - (2 Days)  
A two day program which looks at developing and understanding business structures and decision making processes that effect business relationships. This program provides delegates with the ability to develop potential business opportunities within a client account for future years.
