Alex Adams kick starts her B2B sales career with ProGrad!
New recruit, Alex Adams has joined the Sydney ProGrad office. Selected from a ProGrad assessment day, Alex demonstrated a natural aptitude for sales and will now be assisting other graduates to kick start their own careers.
ProGrad's business model dictates that people who will become successful in business to business sales will have two things in common. One is that they have high levels of certain competencies, such as confidence, communication skills, drive, ability to influence and structure - and also that they have great soft skills (skills that are non-product related). These factors do not include "experience" or a "proven track record in selling". Our new recruit reflects this philosophy.
ProGrad continues to expand its operations from the grass roots, as our business grows through our own concept.
We wish Alex great success in her career with ProGrad, and look forward to her progressing quickly within the business.
