Graduates often find that in order to settle in with their company, they need structed training in order to feel more secure.  It has been proven that employers will often not want to hire a graduate because they do not have the necessary skills to begin work.  Therefore, businesses should help them along their way and give them the opportunity to gain experience by providing them with training. Graduate's who are looking for a graduate position should try and get as much office experience as possible before they start applying for jobs, as extra skills make them more appealing to the employers, as well as easing the transition between student like and a full time career.
