ProGrad employees in Sydney got into the Olympic Spirit for their company cold-calling day, coming to work in a sports theme. Our three Business Development teams all contributed with outfits ranging from swimming champions to racing car drivers.
The “Sales Olympics” is a two week event, which rewards high sales activity through a point system. Points win prizes and the winning team will be treated with a team lunch.
Blair Whitehead commented: “We are always keen to embrace the ideas of the team, and in this case – they wanted to get into the Olympic spirit, ProGrad style. We are keen to keep the team motivated and increase team morale wherever possible”.
