Client Service Representitatives plan, manage and execute projects and act as a client and vendor liaison. Much decision making is required, with a focus on daily operations and how they impact on a companies image and position in the market.
Employees will be responsible for partnering with sales managers, account managers and advertising clients in order to facilitate the sales process and streamline information throughout the company.
This type of work involves attending to client enquiries, maintaining client records, discussing products and services, assisting with any queries they might have. These roles offer customer care and are also a fundamental part of the sales process for many organizations.
Training and development opportunities occur in this role. The promotional prospects depend on the individual and the organization. A typical salary for these roles would be $35,000 to $45,000 depending on experience.
