The promotional prospects depend on the individual, however ProGrad candidates move into junior management roles, sponsorship sales roles, and event conference production roles.

What's required
Most degree subjects are acceptable for entry into the profession, although relevant qualifications are preferred for some positions.
Potential employees must have maturity, confidence, perseverance, patience, excellent interpersonal skills and should be commercially aware. IT, numerical and foreign language abilities can be useful.
