Since the inception of ProGrad, no one has ever said that it is experience or a proven track record, but that their top performers had the right attributes and attitude.
ProGrad is an Assessment, Placement and Training Company. Focusing in the sales arena, we specialise in assessing university graduates for the competencies that make people successful in business to business sales by filtering them through a unique process.
Assessment
We receive over 2000 applications a month from graduates who want a business to business sales career. We call the graduates and put them through a telephone interview in order to determine their capabilities and competencies over the phone. If they are successful and gain employment, they may well be spending a length of time conversing with clients and prospective customers via the telephone. Thus, it is important that before they are invited to an assessment day we must establish whether or not they have the ability to build rapport and speak articulately. From the 500 graduates spoken to per week, only the top 40 will be invited to a ProGrad assessment day run regularly in Sydney and Melbourne.
As a ProGrad Client, you will have a dedicated account manager, who as part of their role, will have visited you and your organisation to gain a clear understanding about your business and the direct requirements you have. With this information, for every position you have available, they will hand select a maximum of two to three graduates. As our assessment process is so refined you will not need to see any more candidates to fill your vacancy.
Training
ProGrad guarantees the success of their graduates which is a pretty impressive USP! The reason for this is that our commitment really begins once we have placed a graduate in your organisation. Each candidate comes back to ProGrad over their first year to embark on a master class soft skills training program delivered over 4 key modules and 11 days of training:
Due to the innovative training our graduates undertake, many of our client partners choose to develop the revenue generation capabilities of their existing experienced sales teams by putting them through the same program.
We accept that each organisation is different and sometimes their training requirements do not fit into our open modules of training. To accommodate for this, ProGrad also delivers bespoke workshops that can be delivered on client sites or at one of our dedicated training facilities. | |
