Unsure of what she wanted to do next, she left Melbourne and moved to Sydney in an attempt to find a job within the media & entertainment industry. Sophie searched for desirable jobs using online mediums, and came across the ProGrad website.   After receiving a phone call from the Prograd Graduate Management Team, Sophie was quickly successful in her telephone interview and invited to attend an assessment day that very week. “It was an intense half-day interview in which we explained what sort of role we wanted, and they were able to determine whether we would fit in to what sort of Graduate their clients wanted.” Sophie, Prograd Graduate.   Sophie was a highly successful candidate at the assessment day, and went out to a number of interviews before being offered a Sales Executive position at NOW Screen, a Television Advertising Company.
