I didn’t know exactly what to expect even though I did receive helpful information from my mentor. I found that I found a lot of other like-minded people there.  The whole process flew by – a week after the assessment day I had agreed on a job.   My role is that of marketing coordinator in a 3 person business development team. I work in the certification industry for the largest Australian owned CB in Australia.   The ProGrad Training has developed camaraderie between young professionals with similar problems who cannot always think of solutions without the help of others.   My recommendation to other graduates is to apply and go to every opportunity however think carefully and don’t always accept the first offer.
