ProGrads’ first impressions of Nicola were extremely strong. It was clear she knew exactly what she was after and was determined to find a suitable job that was challenging with strong rewards.   Within a week an opportunity had become available which was perfectly suited to Nicolas desires. In her first year of employment she will return to ProGrad on 4 separate occasions to undertake a series of training modules to ensure her growth and development within the company.
