Karolina finished University and after a few months of travelling around the world decided it was time to start searching for full time positions, preferably in the marketing field so she could use her knowledge she had learnt from university. Karolina applied for ProGrad and went straight through the assessment day and was soon offered to attend 5 interviews for both sales and marketing roles.

 
Karolina prepared for each interview and applied all her efforts, especially towards the marketing roles. Soon after due to her confidence and willingness to learn, Karolina was offered a position in Southern Cross Computer Systems as an Integrator Consultant. She accepted the position straight away and was excited about the role and responsibilities she was about to take on. “I was in charge of corporate events, website development, marketing plans for our funds with blue chip partners, sales analysis and much, much more.” Karolina, ProGrad Graduate
 
After working with SCCS for about 6 months, Karolina had built a sound knowledge of the organisation and was feeling as though she might be ready to take up the sales side of the business. Her interest in sales led her to move into the Sales Department as an Account Executive. After finishing University Karolina was certain she wanted a marketing position, not sales, however after moving departments she has found a new interest and motivation she never knew she had.
