After graduating from the Australian Catholic University Glenn was unsure of where he wanted to begin his Graduate career.  With a major in Marketing, he found himself searching for sales and marketing positions online. It was here Glenn first came across ProGrad and decided he would apply and see if they could offer him anything of interest.
 
In September of 2008, Glenn attended a ProGrad Assessment Day. “The assessment day was definitely a challenge, but something that everyone can learn from.” Glenn, ProGrad Graduate. Glenn performed outstandingly in each aspect of the Assessment Day and his confidence, great structure and logic and strong communication skills made him a highly successful applicant.
 
Glenn was quickly put out to 3 interviews through ProGrad, and made such a strong impression that each organisation asked to see him for a second round interview. Sage is one of the world’s largest software suppliers and offered Glenn a position he couldn’t refuse.
 
“My role is really diverse. I speak with different people on a daily basis. I liaise with them, find out what they need and then offer them a solution to their problem. It’s a very satisfying and rewarding role.” Glenn, ProGrad Graduate.
