“My interview was a normal formal interview, but I picked this role because its relevant to my background.” “My background is Electronics and Communication Engineering. I studied my degree overseas and I’m currently doing my masters degree at UTS. I had work experience overseas as well as 2 months in a telecom company in Australia. “   Edward took a role with Eaton Industries, following the assessment centre with ProGrad.    “My interview was a normal formal interview, but I picked this role because its relevant to my background.”   Taking a role in Sales Support, Edward has attended several of the ProGrad training modules already in order to assist him in his role.  He has enjoyed Module 3 in Ethical Negotiation Skills the most, as it has been very relevant to his current role.    We asked Edward if he had any words of recommendation for other candidates thinking of applying to ProGrad.  Edward advised graduates to “Consider that there is a good chance to get the job you’ve always dreamed of.”
